TAH switch of a light

11 weeks post op and mood swings at the drop of a hat? So happy to so angry? I don't understand, has anyone had sych severe mood changes like that?

You are not alone. I went through this period where I was up one minute and down the next. I am 6 months post op and I went thru that phase @ about 4 months. It lasted for a couple of weeks. I'm doing better now. Hardly any hot flashes and very few night sweats. I'm not taking any HRT due to other health issues and I just recently stop taking over the counter medication. I'm eating healthy and exercising a little. Hang in there!

Good to know it gets better, its getting so old. I hate it. I so don't like being this way or person. And I have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and I have to hide it and that makes it that much harder. Ughhhh! Sorry thanks for letting me vent.
