aching burn lower right 6wks post

Just hit my 6 wk checkpoint and was feeling better everyday and if I overdid I'd get the burning gnawing pain lower right side by incision. Had complete hyster, bladder sling, and a lot of adhesions removed. Well the pain is back and Doc keeping me out of work until Dec 14.
I'm concerned as I throw luggage for a living, and I'm not getting paid all this time (out of sick time). Turning 50 on Dec 9 Ha and know I need glasses too haha and well I pray this pain is about over by then. Anyone else feeling this type of pain? When people ask what I'm getting for my 50th I say a total makeover- inside and out.
