Back to desk job after 6 weeks

I went back to my desk job after 6 weeks but I'm so exhausted when I get home. Why is that when I am not doing any exerting activities?

Back to desk job after 6 weeks

I found that before my hysterectomy, if I didn't exercise I got tired more. I wonder if because we have been letting our bodies heal, it takes our bodies a while to get back with it also. Just a thought.

Back to desk job after 6 weeks

My take on it is my other muscles have been compensating to protect the front of me. I know this because preop I used to be able to crack my back, which instantly relaxed my abdomen muscles. Now I can only do that in the early morning, because later I can tell my muscles have been working so hard to protect all day, they instinctively will not let up-. I think it's like isotonic (toning) exercises, not aerobic, going on all day and it's exhausting! We just don't know we're doing it! Ugh.
