DaVinci?
Hi davincinancy - Thanks for your input. I hadn't heard about the possibility of incontinence. Now if it happens, I will know why.
Ugghhh... All of this is so overwhelming. I am not dealing well - at all!
Thanks again ladies!

DaVinci?
Well Curly, don't worry too much about the incontinence. I had my surgery for cancer, and it was a radical hysterectomy, which means that a little more tissue is taken out along with the cervix. And that can really make your bladder unhappy. I shouldn't have told you about it, I'm sorry, and I don't want you to worry about it anymore please! It didn't happen because of the daVinci method, it happened because of the type of surgery that I had. And it WENT AWAY, and I am so happy that I had the daVinci surgery. My incisions are teeny tiny and I feel great! And, my husband says he likes the new "custom fit" of things, so EVERYTHING is good! Good luck to you and please keep us all here posted on how things go for you. I know that it's all very overwhelming, but I think that everything everyone has posted here has been very positive. And when you come back for your surgery, there will be lots of women here experiencing the same things that you are and you'll have a great support system.

DaVinci?
Curlygurl:
Remember, the anticipation was the worst for me. I'm ten days out from surgery today and each and everyday I have been getting stronger and stronger. Yesterday, I was able to skip the Advil and just took it as a precautionary measure before bed. I think DaVinci is the way to go with this type of surgery if you're doctor offers it to you!
Good luck with your surgery and keep us posted on how you're doing.
