Bleeding with sex- is this normal?

Hey sisters.. you all sound wonderful. I too am all back to "normal". My only prob. is every time my dh and I make love, I bleed....no much, but I'm not sure if this is normal. I had TAH and all the plumbing removed. Any one else have this happen?
We have to get back in shape so that we can get our Christmas shopping done..lol

You are still pretty early post op at 7 wks. I'm assuming you have been released for sex by your dr, but I think you should let him/her know about the bleeding. I know my dr wanted to know and didn't consider it normal. Something isn't healed or you might be experiencing dryness that can also cause some bleeding. Have it checked out to make sure it's ok.

When were you cleared for sex? I'm assuming that you had a pelvic at the 6 week mark, to ensure healing of your vaginal cuff. In that case, sex for the 1st week after being cleared can commonly produce small amounts of bleeding. If it continues, best check with your physician about any dryness or irritation.
