10 Days post op, doing good!

Hello Sisters, I have been home for a week now after my surgery.
I have to tell you that it changed from what I had originally expected because no one asked me if I had a latex allergy and I wasn't sure due to a nasty rash under a large bandaid a year or so ago. My Laparoscopic turned into a bikini cut because they didn't have a latex free laporoscopy tray.

I am doing fine. I am so joyous after each BM. The only thing that I am noticing is my bladder hurts when I am going. But it is funny because it doesn't tell me when it's full. My swelly belly is fluctuating between 3 and 6 month tummies.

I do want to thank everyone for a wealth of information that has been put on this sitee. I passed the web site to my gyn and she thought it was fabulous.

I am 9 days into Post-Op and doing quite well Thanks to this site. My only real problem was my heating pad, due to a numb belly which was the size of 6 months , I did not feel the heating pad burning me. I have two big blisters on my belly that I have been nursing all week.
so between a bikini cut and the burns I have not had any other complications. I do get tired easily but knowing I am home I know the bed is always close by. I made the WalMart trip yesterday and knew when it was time to leave. I wanted to wish all a Very happy Mothers day and again thank You for the Wealth of Knowledge I have received from this site.
