Heres the anology ive been told and have been recovering with
"you only have one time to heal right" so use it.

in my opinion- one day out- stay home and rest.

Why not have DH get take out and eat at home together. I wouldn't go out so soon. This post op period is a very important time to let yourself heal.

I agree, I wouldn't risk it. If you're taking pain meds ( I sure was ), you really might not know that you're doing too much. Maybe your DH could pick up food and join you for lunch at home?

Best wishes, please go slow & easy and allow yourself time to heal

everyone heals differently..if you feel well enough to take a short ride and sit in a booth, i say do it. how long will you be out for..an hour? you can take a nap when you get home. the more up and about you are each day..the faster you will heal.
i'm glad to see youre feeling so well...i hope that continues for you
