dVH/RALH Bleeding and pain 8 mo. post op after workout

Hey ladies, I am seeking some advice. Last weekend I went running with my sister and I had a sudden bit of pain in my lower left groin. I got up the next morning and there was dried blood in my panties. I have had no bleeding since, but I am still experiencing a bit of pain. Not horrible pain, but pain none the less. Some days feel better than others. Have I just overdone it? or do I need to call the doc? Anyone experience something similar?

Spotting 8 months post op is unusual. I think you should check with your doctor just to be on the safe side. Hope the pain has gone away since you posted this.
