17x11x9 cm

....That is the size of my uterus. Filled with multiple fibroids. It sounds big but I can't tell. I feel like I'm 7 months pregnant!!!!!!! Very uncomfortable! Anyone got a clue?? I see the doctor tomorrow and will most likely bite the bullet and have the surgery. I hear that I really don;t have much choice with a uterus this size??!! Oh boy......<:-?

know how u feel my DR has told me that my beloved fibroid is the same size as being 20 weeks pregnant i have TAH ?BSO 02/09/04 with a verical cut and they tell me i will be in hosp 8 days at least but will be relieved to get rid of it .

In the hospital 8 days???? Oh my goodness!!!! <:-o Well I know you will be so glad to just not be uncomfortable anymore. I am so uncomfortable when I eat sometimes. It really IS like being pregnant all over again. I wonder if mine is the size of a 20 week pregnancy at 17x11x9? Whatever the case we will feel so much better when this is over and out. I never thought I would go through something like this and be facing this type of surgery but God is still good and we will make it through. Hopefully today when I see my doctor I will be closer to scheduling a date....
