About Estroven

I read with interest the post about Estroven in the thread regarding insomnia. I went to the web site and I noticed they have products for different purposes. There is energy, mood, bone, and what else?? Oh, yeah.. memory!

Do you guys know if it's okay to take more that one? I feel that I need the one for energy the worst.. but I don't want to have insomnia any worse than I already do. If I do, I'll NEVER sleep.

On their website they have a place where you can email them questions. You could also call your pharmacy and ask. I would read the box and not double up on any one herb. If you just want energy there are other things. By the way, have you checked with your Dr.? That might be a good place to start. I bet he/she could help you with the energy problem. Good luck to you. That insomnia is not a fun thing!
