Aloe Vera Gel relief

Hi beautiful sisters, I am in week 7 post op of a radical hysterectomy, vertical incision due to a rare cancer called adenoma malignum. I had been doing great until last week when I got a burning pain ( that painkillers didn't touch ) on my right hand side - just to the right of my belly button. Luckily I found this website and read that a lot of other sisters had had this sensation. After trying various ways of easing the pain/burn I finally put some aloe vera gel all over my stomach and it has really eased the sensation as it even hurt when my clothes touched me. So I am writing to recommend to do this before you try anything else - oh and keep the aloe in the fridge as the cooling down really is a relief. Thank you all and heal well. Katy
