My hubby had to come home for the grandpuppy. Besides that, Hubby doesn't handle hospitals really well. The rooms close in too fast & I slept most of the time, so was not much company.
My catheter was an overnighter. It goes in while you are asleep in surgery, then they direct you to take a deep breath as they slide it out. Was really nice to not have to go to the bathroom that first night.

That's what my manager and I discussed. She was ok with me coming back with limitations, but then after thinking about it, I figured better safe than sorry.
