Itchy as!

Hi all...I had my big kahuna ( as I like to call it lol ) coming up 4 weeks. So far everything going well, few camps and twinges if I over do it and still discharging but whats really got me is how itchy I am down there. OMG I feel like ripping my vag lips to shreddes lol any suggestions on what I can use? I tried my babys bum cream and its not working. Could it be thrush? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had the same problem, went to the doctor yesterday and found out that I have a yeast infection and a urinary tract infection. I did not have discharge or a smell with this. My doctor Put me on diflucan and Cipro. I am still suffering but I know it will get better soon. Good luck sister.

Yeah I dont have a smell and the discharge im picking is from my healing going on inside. Thanks for the reply sister as its made my mind up to go see my GP. I thought it may go away on its on but hearing if infections its made sense. I know I shouldn't itch but hell its the best feeling in the world lol untill I go for a pee or shower...ouch!
