And after reading the link that Marciamae posted, it seems that it might actually end up longer.

There's an article in the "Intimacy After Hysterectomy" section titled 'Is My Vagina Shorter?' The short answer (ha ha) is not really. It may be stiffer at the end of the cuff, less supple for awhile, but once all the swelling & healing & etc is done, it should feel about the same.
