Day 11 hurts to pee...

I did more than normal yesterday and I'm wondering if I'm paying for it now?? It feels like a sharp pain and pressure when I pee, is this normal inflammation post surgery? I had uterus tubes and Essure removal supra cervical laparoscopic. I feel okay when laying down. It's just being up I'm more sore and to go pee.

I went in for a UTI test on doctor's orders just to be extra careful on Day 12, but results were fine. I had totally overdone things on Day 11 and that was my payback. It still hurts sometimes, especially at the end of peeing, but for me it was just the surgery plus insufficient rest. Still, when I had the pain symptom initially, I was told to get a UTI pee test at the local clinic and fax surgeon results just to be sure antibiotics weren't necessary.

I had extreme pain and pressure at the nd of peeing til finally this last week. My doc. Said it could be bladder spasms. I was tested for a UTI twice. I am just shy of six weeks and am doing great. Have been cleared for everything up to ten pounds. Went to the gym today, and just took it easy. So unless it burns coming out, or you have a fever it could be bladder spasms.

Have doctor check for uti.... also make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.
