Thank God for March 13

Made it thru my surgery! I love my doctor..had a TAH kept ovaries ( doc said looked healthy) ...had 2 orange size fibroids ....really tough part for me was...
Nurses asking me to cough over night so lungs stay clear ( ouch!)
First time standing up!
High blood pressure. I sometimes have this but they had to get me on additional meds to get it down (next thing to work on)
No sleep at hospital but great nurses.

Grateful for this site! I used the surgery companion CDs ...apparently hardly lost any blood during surgery ..the doc was amazed! The CDs work! using my abdominal support....family is being great....

And thank you hyster-sisters! I raved about this site to my nurses.
