bowel issues

This is kind of crazy to ask but I'm getting concerned. I have been diagnosed with Stage IV endo and adeno. I'm scheduled for a TAH 12/27 after researching excision but not finding anyone nearby. I decided to go with the hyst because I am having increased problems. Since late August I can't seem to bend or lift to any extent. If I bend over to bathe the dog or lift and try to move furniture or the old dog, I can't seem to have a bm without taking 2-3 exlax. Also my abdomen feels very achy like a toothache. If I don't do anything heavy then I'm OK but really tired. I am hoping this is due to the endo and adeno. Has anyone else experienced any of this or could something else be going on? I mentioned it to the gyn and he just shrugged.

bowel problems

I to have been having trouble with bms but mine started about 6 months ago when I started having alot of pressure with my periods. I think my bm problems are due to my uterine prolapse but the doctor has not said that. I have noticed that as I strain to have a bm and wipe i have a bulge in my vaginal area which I now realize is my uterus pushing out. Good luck.......

How do you know if you have a prolapse? I thought maybe I have hemoroids. Good grief!

prolapse

What i have protruding is from my vigina which made since after the doctor told me it was my uterus and because it has fallen it is pushed out as I strain to have a bm which is being restricted by the pressure from the uterus to begin with.

I know what you mean,

I have IBS W/Constipation, fallen Bladder, fallen intestines and also Esophical Reflux so when I sneeze or cough I pee, if I strain (I pooh) or have gas (I pooh) if I bend over I throw up. and if I take anything to soften BM I get stomach spasms. So, girl I know what you are feeling. I am gettting a LAVH and a tape- to start with, and then maybe surgery later to fix intestines. The Dr said he can feel my bladder protruding when I stand up and get examined. so, I hope things go better for you and that a Hyst is all you need.

Sister in waiting,
Leslie
