I wouldn't panic just yet. I also kept my ovaries and my dr warned me that I might have something like a small period . Since I'm only three weeks after my SAH this hasn't happened to me yet, but maybe your ovaries are waking up a little more after six months. I'd call and ask your doctor if this is normal.

Since you have no cervix you do need to contact your Dr. I am wondering if you have some granulation tissue that either strenous activity or sexual activity is causing this new occurance with fresh blood. Either way you need to see your Dr. Take care and ((HUGS))

Hope you called your doctor and got an appointment to find out what's going on asap. In the meantime, try not to drive yourself insane with worry. I know it's hard not to. Lots of hugs. Hang in there.

I am having the same problem. I also kept ovaries, am about 7 weeks post op. Had pains on the left side one night and the next day started spotting. This had happen before around the 4th week and had the silver nitrate done and everything was okay. Then all of a sudden it started again. Went to the doctor yesterday and again got the silver nitrate, doctor said its scar raw tissue, but because of the pains I have to have an ultrasound done to be sure nothing else is wrong, so for now I have not been released to resume normal activities as of yet. Today pains were bad and took some Avil for it. You should get to the doctor as soon as you can to get it checked out. Hope everything works out for you.
