when should I stop the pill?
I have my surgery 9/22, but am supposed to start my new pill pack 9/18. Should I start it, or not? If not, I most likely will continue to bleed.

when should I stop the pill?
If I were you, I would ask my dr. I think every dr is different. My dr said to stop mine immediately. I was scheduled 1 week after he told me that. The day before my scheduled date my surgery was cancelled and rescheduled 1 week later. Now I am ovulating and hurting even worse than I was before now. So, I kind of wish I would have kept taking my bc pill, then I wouldn't be hurting as bad. Soon it will be over, though. 4 days left and counting. Hope this helps.

Calling your dr about it is a really good idea. As ((( Flannelsister ))) said, each dr is different so asking yours would be the best bet - no unpleasant surprises that way.
