9 months post hysterectomy: Why do I feel so tired?!

Hello. I had my hysterectomy in July. When I was told I'd feel exhausted, I didn't. At all. I thought it had skipped me. Now, after many, many months, I have started falling asleep all the time!! I quit my job because it was too taxing. Teachers : Never a dull moment, very little time for bathroom breaks (if any), etc. My OB said he was behind me 100%/that it was too much... but I didn't think it would be by now.

I also have a pulling in my left side, a specific muscle, it seems. I have had a cat scan. It's not a hernia. They think maybe adhesions. My OB is surprised, because he cleaned all (more than he's seen in 29 years) of my adhesions out during the hysterectomy.

My back & hips hurt. I have bowel & bladder issues.

Does anybody feel this wayso far out, or am I nuts?! Please help! My husband thinks I've "given up on life". I have no emotional issues though. I'm just sore & tired all the time!!
