Possible bladder/kidney infection???

Well I had a TAH (kept ovaries) on 20th April.

I haven't had a great recovery with big issues after my surgery, but the past previous week to this one I have felt not too bad at all.
This past week I have felt a little yucky, then the past 2 days I have had this aweful aweful pain in my back, well not in my back, but in my right hand side, next to my spine. I can feel every time wind moves through my bowel, because it pushes on this "Pain" inside me.

I have been off to the doctors today for a urine test and will know tomorrow if I have some sort of infection either kidney or bladder.

It is just one thing after another at the moment.

((dazdell)) Yuck! I am so glad you are getting this tested asap. One of the worst things I have been through is a kidney infection. Rest and take care of yourself. Pls keep us posted.

I too was just at the doctor for a possible infection...I think it's in my bladder but we'll see. He gave me meds to start even while we wait for the results. Good luck!!
