I'm sick!!

Oh my gosh I've been waiting anxiously for 2 months for my SAH and its only 5 days away and I'm sick! I'm so upset and have been crying since last night because I'm so ready to get this over with. I'm so close!! I'm going to call my doctor on Monday morning and praying they don't postpone my surgery but obviously if he does, it's for the best. My last day at work was yesterday and I really don't want to reschedule and redo my short term disability pap work again. I'm SO hoping I'm better tomorrow and they will still do it since I don't have a fever or cough.

Hey myra,

Try not to panic sweet girl. You are still 5 days away from surgery and if it's a cold(?) you still may have time to get over it. But if you don't and it has to be re-scheduled, as you said, it is for your health and safety so it is better to err on the side of caution. Your doctor wants to do the best for you and the surgery's outcome, so it may be a 'pain' to have to reschedule but it will be for the best. So take heart in the knowledge that you are in the best of hands and the best of care.

Take care now dear lady and God bless you. Keep us posted on your progress and wishing you the best of luck.

Hugs galore, xoxo.
