You must take it easy!

K I have been lectured and yelled at lol. A new reason to def take it easy. Which is hard when you live alone. I just spent 6 hrs in the ER. Severe stabbing pain in upper left stomach area. They thought maybe my bowl or bladder ports were shutting down. But in the end all the tests were fine. But I did however pull a major muscle in my abdominal wall. How I did this? Who knows lol. But I got chewed out by many. So now I have a new hurt. So to all my newby sisters pals. Take it easy! A pulled stomach muscle on top of the other pain is not fun. Anyone have a rental man they can lend me for a day? I need to go shopping for food badly sigh.

You must take it easy!

Ouch!! I live alone too, and sometimes it just seems too much to cope with. Snow is my big headache. Maybe I'll go down to Florida for a visit and do your laundry. Oh wait, I still have to do mine. I had my mom for a week and then she came back 2 weeks later to dent my laundry pile and clean up. What a blessing that was. Good thing I have 3 weeks worth of undies!!

Good luck with everything. I pulled a muscle in my hip last week doing groceries reaching over a snow bank. I thought I was going to be crippled for life. We have another 2 feet of snow coming over the next 3 days, sigh...

Happy healing,

You must take it easy!

I was down in Cocoa Beach for the launch of a shuttle when I was a kid. We went in November and we were the only ones in the water and walking around in shorts. The locals asked if we were canadians. I loved it. And there was this guy from the base hanging around too....

Came back to a whole winter. I wanted to get back on that plane.

Hope you didn't do any harm with all that shopping.

Now I have a hankering for a real Florida orange. Never tasted anything so good.
