TVH - Ligaments Reattached ?

How many ligaments were reattached to the vagina with hysterectomy ?

Usually the uterine ligaments are reattached at cuff. Round ligaments are cut and cauterized.

I wonder if previously having my left ovary removed and vag hysterectomy, if this has weakened my left pelvic area ? I lifted a small wire planter ( not heavy) and it was hung up in some vincas w vines. I tugged on it and am having pain in my left side. I didn't pull very hard, but wondered if the area was already a bit weaker due to previously having the left ovary removed. And just healing from a previous near car accident where I slammed on the brakes and strained some scar tissue. Thought I was better. Wonder when that area will be healed enough for common tasks. Ugh ugh...,
