Scared I overdid things 4 weeks pre op
well I didn't realize what the consequences could be if you we're to vacuum or lift a 1 year old (approx 24 lbs) as I'm reading the post op info. I vacuumed yesterday and I had to stop. I felt so much pain by room 2. My 1 year old grandson loves when I hold him I couldn't say no. I'm nervousness wondering if I have done any permanent damage to myself internally. Should I be scared??

Take your time.
If pain doesn't go away call the Doc.

You should be scared enough to stop but not enough to freak out. Follow all above instructions... REST!

You can hold your grandson. Just sit down and he can lay down on the couch by you dont pick up anything heavier than your dinner plate! My doc tell me anything either. I leanred it all here!
