questions about the Land of the Hyster

Hello ladies, I am so glad that I have found you, as is my family! I have a few questions as I approach my date. Has anyone purchased the book Land of Hyster, do you recommend it. And what about the swelly belly?
I am so scared and an emotional wreck and need some support. I have read up and down the forums and found that I am not alone, I had thought that my feelings were something never experienced by anyone before and finding all of you and all of your experiences has help me save my sanity! But I feel I may need a little more support.
Does anyone know the shipping time on the book? And is it worth it, will it give me the extra support that I need?

I'm scheduled for a TVH on 1/17. I ordered the book on Friday 1/7 and received it on Monday 1/10 but I live in the same state that it's shipped from so that might have had something to do with it showing up so fast.

From what Ive read here the book is a great comfort---answers alot of questions when you arent able to actually SIT here. I would LOVE to have the book but unfortunatly we dont have a credit card so its impossible for me to order it. Just wondering, does anyone know if you can purchase this book at say Barnes and Noble??? Just a thought.

I can vouch for the book. I really enjoyed reading it.

Although a great deal of the information can also be found on the Hyster Sister website, you can't carry your computer around with you (at least mine won't fit in my purse -- maybe some of you have bigger purses ). It's nice to be able to see it in black and white sometimes, too!

THANKS!! I didnt realize I could send a money order as well...but i dont know if I can get it to texas and have it back to be before i leave for the castle on the 18th..its worth a shot though!! If not then at least I will have it by the time I get home. Thanks for the info.....Is it possible to get the book from the bookstore?? Just curious.
