Home from the Castle, feeling great!

I'm Home! I feel better than expected.Everything went smooth and all me fears were for nothing, i guess, lol
I kept both my ovaries which was surprising since he thought originally that he would have to take the left one out. He also did a VH instead of a LAVH, whoohoo! No scars!
Thankyou Hystersisters For your support and information, I look forward to being on the other side. I'm going to get some rest now.
6060: I hope your experience was as good as mine. I thought about you from 10am till I went in at 11:30!
Jacksonmarie: Hope everthing went well with you, my thoughts were with you!
See you both on the other side!

Christine

will do Lysippe, Hope everything turns out good with your surgery. Mine was extraordinary! I have minor pain and no scars and I'm well enough to take small walks around my house. I know you're probably stressing, but take it from me, it's all good! The waiting is the worst part, really.
keep your chin up!

Home from the Castle, feeling great!

I had a TAH on 9/12 and I too did great! I never took even one pain pill. I did take a sleep aid for a few nights so I could sleep longer than a couple of hours! I too wasted alot of fears before hand!

Glad you trip went so well!

Home from the Castle, feeling great!

Christine, how long did your surgery take and how do you FEEL? I mean are you sore? Pain meds? are you able to move? I have mine in a week from today and i just have no clue what to expect. My pre-op isn't until the day before my sugery. My anxiety is really building and I realize that it's totally the worst part.

Im glad things went so well for you!
