Cant beleieve its 4 weeks since my op still have a bloated tummy if anyone can give me info on wt i can start to do now, that would be great.I think we are so brave us mums.

I still had a swollen tummy at 4 weeks post op. It would be worse in the evening than morning usually.

I think that you should check with your dr about what all you can and cannot do; mine had me on some restrictions until I was 6 weeks post-op.

Hi,

I'm nearly four weeks also. I'm pretty mobile around the house but still am not lifting anything more than 5-8 pounds. Even with that, I have to be careful because I can feel my abdominal muscles working.

I'm doing dishes now, but not putting the heavy dishes away.
I'm loading the washing machine, but not carrying the baskets.

Thanks for messaging me,

I think i proberly have done too much as stomach mussels are sore but i didnt have a abdominal, i had a vaginal plus anterial and posterial repair.

Hope i havent hurt anything i just cant sit still for to long have my 6 wk check in a week and a half.

Send me a message any time having a friend from another country is real cool im a aussie and proud of it,hope you are recovering ok.
