Hello, sisters. For all of you TAHers, here are some suggestions:
1. Pillows, pillows, pillows. Believe it or not, these do help.
2. Bring tummy pillow to the hospital, or a stuffed animal.
3. If you can, have some type of chair you can put in the shower when you get home. Showers really take the energy out of you, and a chair helps.
4. A grabber to pick things up. Or better yet, then them drop to the floor and have someone else do it.
5. If you can attach some type of "robe" to your bed to help you get out of bed...do it!
