considering combo vaginal tightening procedure with Hystetectomy 2/26- has anyone else done this?

Hi all. When I have my hysterectomy 2/26, I have thought perhaps I should go ahead and have the doctor perform vaginal tightening procedure at the same time. The one where they cut the vaginal wall muscles with a laser and pull them tighter removing excess skin making the tube narrower, etc.

Has anyone had this procedure done concurrently with a hysterectomy? Were you glad you did it or is the recovery too difficult to make it worth combining the two surgeries?

I thought it made sense to do those two procedures together to save on costs, due to safety concerns (why have 2 separate surgeries when you can just go under anesthesia once), and to have just 1 recovery. I have a 3-year-old and an almost 3-month-old who need their mommy to be up and at'um ready to play, learn, & love.

Any experiences with this type of procedure or sharing of knowledge about it relating to hysterectomy welcomed.

I've read posts where they repair vagina wall as it is damaged being done at the same time.

I haven't personally read about tightening vagina wall procedure. I know some women do tummy tucks.

Hopefully someone will respond who has had both of these procedures.
