Anyone have tummy trouble post hyst?

I'm in my 6th week of recovery and find that I have to be very careful about what I eat and how much or I end up with horrible abdominal pain, cramping and severe diarhea. I know my stomach was pushed around during surgery but is this normal???

I hear you! I have about 10 minutes from the time anything (with the exception of yogurt and clear liquids) hits my mouth to the time I'm RUNNING for the bathroom it's frustrating and really humiliating for me

Not sure if its normal but I have had this as well. I have had to take pepto a few times since last Wednesday. It seems to come and go but very irritating and it makes it hard to go anywhere and get anything done for having to run to the bathroom!!
I hope it goes away soon....in the meantime I am just dealing with it.
's to all that have to endure this.
