A bit irritated!

Soooooo I couldn't sleep last night due to having lower abdominal and vaginal pain I knew I had 2 percocet left. So I finally get up out of bed at 5 am this morning after laying there wide awake for almost 2 hrs mind you I didn't go to bed till after 1am. So I call this dr office that is supposed to open at 8am finally at like 8:29 someone answers! I was told she'd put my chart and a note on my dr's desk and I'd prolly have to come in and get the prescription for percocet.

No big deal...here comes 4:40pm still no call to go pick up the prescription so I call..oh dr was called out for an emergency surgery she'll review it when she comes in tomrorow! UGH no one could call and atleast let me know this really?!?! So I just took the last two percocet I had, hopefully they'll call early tomorrow! This is ridiclious!

That is Crummy! I am such a ninny when it comes to pain, would call my doctor when I was down to 10 pills LOL

It IS very frustrating, and a good reminder to our sisters out there to call a few days before you will run out. I hope you were ablet to get them refilled without further delay.

If you are in pain and still don't have anything try 800 mg of Ibuprophen. It will not work as well as a high power pain killer but it might help.
