I think the "every three year pap" rule is something new that the AMA and insurance companies have come up with recently, and many doctors disagree with this rule. So I suggest you book your own yearly exam and if they don't want to see you get a different doctor.

Well, I'm on HRT so I still want prescriptions for those.


My gym also does a breast exam and checks out what's left. Since you still have ovaries I would definitely want to be seen. The ovaries can be palate and he can be asking you questions to make sure you are not showing signs of problems with those.

A good doctor will also ask you other questions to make sure you are experiencing other problems.
