Nine months post-op...and in pain. What can this be?

I will be 9 months post-op tomorrow from a TLH/BSO. The last 2 days, my belly button and an area to the right has been extremely tender to the point of being sore. It hurts to lean against anything or lean to the right. It reminds me of the pain I felt while waking up in recovery.

Has anyone else experienced this or something similar this far out from surgery?

I am over a year out and I still get some really wierd pains. I went to the DR 2 weeks ago and he discovered a cyst on my left overy. If you have any doubts about pains call your dr he knows best. Hopefully it is just a random pain and nothing to e alamred with but I would get checked out. Just for peace of mind
