9 days after surgery

Hello everyone I had my hysterectomy on March 25, 2013. However I'm still having pain lots of it. I'm still spotting as well sometimes pinkish sometimes brownish. 6 days after surgery I woke up with a horrible stabbing feeling and felt a gush. Went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was blood. Saw my Dr the next day and he said it everything looked ok but he did notice I had popped a stitch above my cervix! I haven't done anything at all so I can't figure out how it happened. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Maybe you did something during the night and don't remember? Is it possibly from pushing too hard during a bm? Not sure exactly what it takes to pop a stitch but I get nervous coughing or sneezing. The thought of throwing up terrifies me. Thank God that's one thing I haven't done.
