Ok here goes..not sure what to say or do. My surgery is scheduled for end of Feb. It doesn't worry me much til I got here and see I may have to do some bowel prep..LOL I really can't wait it has been a long 2 years to get to this point. I have not quit bleeding since end of November now and have been told that my fibroid has gotten quite large. I wait for the time that I don't have the worry of having something with me. I wish I had stock in the tampon corporations. I am scheduled for a LAVH for now unless it has to be the other way when he gets in there. I also am going to have a sling on my bladder and a possible gall bladder surgery. Might as well take it all. I wish you all well that have gone through this and those yet to.....

I was surprised that I didn't have to do any bowel prep other than drinking lots of fruit juice the night before. So, I drank glass after glass after glass. That sort of ruined any "sleep" that I might have gotten, as we had to leave at 4:30 am, and I was up 5 times during the night running to the bathroom.
