dVH/RALH Sharp type pain in belly

I did a dumb thing today that I didn't think was that dumb. I went for a small supermarket run. I had a slightly sharp pain in the car. I didn't buy very much, and separated things into really light bags, but I'm still feeling some occasional sharp pains in my belly.

I'm assuming this is my body telling me I'm an idiot, but I'm wondering if I have reason to be concerned. I hate calling the doc for every little thing...

Anyone else have this issue? Yes, I came back and took a nap.

You are brave to have gone before even two weeks!
If you are still having pain in the morning call your doctor.
But, I think maybe you did too much!

I'm struggling with the single woman needing to feel normal and do it all (although I've willingly given up on most housework!)

Still hurt a bit, but I'm hoping after a good night sleep that it might improve? Fingers crossed.

I'm either going to go with a friend to the supermarket next time or use Fresh Direct!

Just wanted to update in case this helps another sister... they said not to worry about the sharp pain, it's normal as the muscles are healing.

I shall not be returning to the supermarket anytime soon...

Thanks for the update. I had surgery the same day and was about to call the doctor about the same thing. I've walking up and down the stairs more. The doctor said I could but the sharp pain was concerning me. I did feel better have a good nights sleep but I felt it again.
