Bleeding 2 weeks post hysterectomy.

Hey girls!

I'm almost 2 weeks post surgery and suddenly I started bleeding a little. Is this normal? I haven't spotted or anything before tonight.

I'm a little freaking out now...

I would bleed red (a little more than spotting) in the first two weeks anytime I over did it. In the third week I just barely have a bit of brown discharge.

I don't think it's abnormal.

Could be a stitch coming off. The nurse told me to expect a little blood when stitches released but not like period.

Usually as you become more active, bleeding may occur. Be sure youre not over doing it..Some common reasons for bleeding, from surgery, over active, stitches disolving & mini periods are possible for those that have retained ovaries & cervix.
