OK - What was that????

I need some advice here. As a few of you may have read in my previous post, I had some testing done on Thursday 2/16. I had misunderstood my Gyn. though. I did not have a D&C. She did a Colposcopy with biopsy and an ECC. I wouldn't volunteer to do it again in office. YUCK! OUCH! I've felt ok since, a little uncomfortable maybe around my abdomen. But no severe pain. My concern is this afternoon there was an unusual "discharge" for lack of a better word. A piece of tissue approximately 3-4 inches long and an 1 or so wide was expelled. How concerned should I be??? I seem to recall another sister having a similar incident.

Carla,

If your concerned.. I would call your doctor. They should of told you what to expect. And when you aren't sure call them and ask that is what you pay them for.

I think it is common to have a discharge like that after a colopscopy. I had a few of those two or three I don't remember.

I would call the doctor just to put your mind at ease.
