Feet swelling

Hi, I am 9 or so weeks post op and my feet, toes, ankles, and sometime lower calves have been swelling like crazy for about 2 weeks now. Anyone else having problems swelling????

are you anemic? I had terrible swelling before my surgery due to extreme anemia.

please call your doctor immediately! you should not have any swelling in your legs this far out in your recovery. wishing you well.

I have made a doctor appt for Monday a.m. Hopefully it is nothing serious. My lower legs, ankles, feet are tingling and feeling slightly numb along with the swelling tonight... my left one is the worst.

I have had some swelling too. My doctor said that you can have that for up to about six months post op. My swelling still comes and goes a bit. I am now on progesterone and it seems like I am not swelling as badly. I am not sure if it is related, I just thought that I would throw that in there!

I didn't know you could take progesterone when your uterus had been removed. I will check with my doctor to see if I can try that. Thanks for the info.
