day 4 post op

Hello Ladies, I'm on my 4th day of recovery. I feel good as far as feeling awake and alert. I'm still walking gently as well as sitting. I'm having trouble sleeping in bed. I find it more comfortable in the recliner,my back doesn't hurt in the recliner. My appetite has changed for the better, I haven't had any cravings or anything but I do get warm from time to time . Any one experienced anything similar?

Re: day 4 post op

I did not sleep in my bed until almost 2/3 weeks post op. I tried it sooner but I just couldn't find a good position, plus at night trying to get out of bed to use the bathroom was just a bad experience. The warmth came and went with me while my ovaries woke up and got settled. Just watch for fever and use cold packs if needed. Rest and take it slow! Happy healing!
