UGGGGH! Doctor's offices!

I have been waiting a week to get the results back from my biopsy and I get this automated call on my drive home from work today that the doctor would like to see me!! REALLY??? AUTOMATED?? Doesn't that seem a bit COLD??

wow that is cold. mind you better than having an idiot receptionist. i had one call and say they had my test results back and the dr needed to see me right away to discuss. but she would tell me why, just that it was urgent i went in. i cried all night only to find out he was going on holidays and wanted to see me before he left

Oh no!! What in the world is wrong with people?? Don't they know that we are worrying and on pins and needles waiting for the results?? How would they feel if it was them?? Geez!
