8 nights and a wake up to go....
Hello to all my sisters.
I have only 8 nights and a wake up left to go before my surgery. (TAH) These last few days have been very crazy for me. I know I must have the surgery but I can't fight the jitters I have been having. I have read sooooo many threads and it seems as if I can't get enough information. I wonder if I am going to burn out from reading so much. This weekend I had short burst of tears. I just could not stop crying. I am sleeping less and less each day, part of me can't wait until it is over so I can start recovering.

I feel for you! I wish I had only 8 nights left. I'm afraid I'll be stark raving by Oct. 20. Hope you feel better soon. Reading on this site has really helped calm me the last two days, so maybe you should try reading and reading and reading. And know that we are all praying for each other. Sandy

8 nights for me also!
You are going through the same things as I am, as my surgery is scheduled the same day as yours. I am making myself a nervous wreck, I couldn't hardly sign a check earlier today my hand was so shaky!! I dream about it every night, and it's all I think about during the day. I know I will be sooo much better off after it is over, but that seems to be little comfort now. At least we have all this information at our fingertips, and it helps so much. Good luck next Wednesday, and try to inform yourself as much as possible beforehand.
