scared to death

lori, the only advice i can give you is this..perfect love cast out fear..think on the lord and his abilty to take care of you, there is absolutly no amount of fear or worrry that will affect your surgery one way or the other..Im with the other sisters, take a long walk, long bath, and something that often helps me to relax is breathing exercises..simple deep breathing...Bless you and I pray your fears are calmed
