dVH/RALH 4 days po - shoulder pain

Awesome to hear! My shoulder pain has diminished as well. But you are not kidding about the shower. I typically take 20 min showers daily...but since surgery I can barely get past 10 mins in the shower without extreme pain in my back and fatigue. I guess it is the range of motion and mobility that is painful and tiring.

The shoulder pain is very normal, it's the gasses they pumped into your belly trying to escape. I had shoulder pain, elbow pain and eye socket pain w/ mine...it was unbearable at times, but only lasted a few days. Best wishes to you as you recuperate.
