swelling belly and dizzy

I am ten weeks out of surgery, had a Da Vinci vaginal hysterectomy with one ovary left. I do not feel like the same person since this operation. My stomach is still swollen big and I am very off balance (not really dizzy) just walk around run into things. My thinking is not very clear. Dear God how long does all this last? I wanna be myself again. One month out , my Dr. put me on estrogen, now I'm on bio identical estrogen. I just dont feel any energy at all and like a space head. Any ideas? Or anyone else still going through this far out of surgery?

Swellybelly usually lasts for a few months or more, but that off-balance feeling isn't normal. In your shoes I would start by getting my gp to rule out a middle ear problem; that's what usually causes vertigo. Mental fuzziness and lack of energy could mean your HRT still needs adjusting, or it might be pointing to a nutritional imbalance, especially if your appetite isn't back to normal or if anemia was one of the reasons you had your hyster.

I was thinking my middle ear could be causing this too. Thank you.
