Feeling great

I am in week 4 post op and I feel wonderful. I had insomnia for the first few weeks but now my sleep patterns are getting back to normal. The only real complaint I have is the incision above my naval is very sore. I also am having some swelling/ circulation issues w my DVT leg. I think it is primarily due to decreased activity. I am doing a lot of walking that helps some. As soon as I can get back on my spin bike I will be happy. Overall I am doing well.

Yay! I'm having a very easy recovery too. I was just cleared for exercise and it feels great! Keep healing!
