I hate showers!!!

I'm am so missing my baths! I've been told by my Dr. no baths, lifting, sex, etc. ..... till after my 6 week appt.! I'm so tired of showers! Anyone else missing their baths! It's always been a time to grab a book and relax! I haven't figured out how to read in the shower yet! LOL! When I finally get clearance from my Dr. I don't know what I'll be more excited about.... bath or sex! Shhhh... don't tell my DH!!! LOL!

I am feeling exactly the same way! The night before surgery, I had the longest, warmest bubble bath and haven't been able to do that again yet.
My bath is my little retreat and very much miss it.......showers just ain't the same.

You could always tie in both.......sex in the bath? Nothing like multitasking at its best!

I know. A bath is the BEST way to relax in my opinion. I love a nice long soak in a nice hot scented bubble bath. My doctor actually said I could tae a bath after 2 weeks but I was still in the hospital when I asked him, so it could have been the pain meds and/or a dream ! After hearing all the other ladies getting instructions to wait 6 weeks I figured I'd just wait it out (it'll make those baths feel even MORE special). I have my post op appointment next week so I'll ask him again. If he says its fine then I'll be in the bathtub the rest of the afternoon of the 20th ! ROFL

i love my baths. i can't wait to take one again. that has probably been the worst part for me because it was my stress reliever. if i get released for baths on the 7th-i too will spend the rest of the evening in a bubble bath with candles!!!
so ladies, you are definitely not alone in all of this!!! but soon we will be able to take as many baths a day as we want. lol

I, too, couldn't wait for my bubblebaths and even sex. Both have been wonderful!

I love the multi tasking idea! And here I thought I'd take the bath first, then..... LOL

I have a huge bathtub with jets in my master bath. I think that I have used it a whopping 5 or 6 times in the seven years since I had the place built. I used to love taking a long, hot bath...now it's a pain....takes at least 20 minutes to fill the tub....then I have to shower after the bath....so I tend to fill it and dangle my legs in with the jets on......and I don't do that often. LOL
