I know what you mean!

I'm driving my friends, family, and co-workers totally nuts. All I can think about is the SURGERY. Someone mentioned that for many of us, it's our first major surgery, and that is true in my case. And while I don't have a DH, I know everyone else in my life wishes I would just shut up about it.

But I can't. This is a major life event. You and I and the rest of our sisters need to be able to vent about it, to ask questions, to seek answers, and to know that others are listening and care. And I'm finding out, unless you've been in our shoes, you don't have a clue.

That's what's so wonderful about this site. We have a place to go where we can obsess all we want, and where we can find support and others who understand. We're all in the same boat.
