Macaroni and Cheese and Clean Carpets (children mentioned)
I have the sweetest 12 year old boy ever! He made his momma macaroni and cheese and vaccuumed the carpet! I told him that he gave me an instant pick-me-up! I'm hoping that the positive reinforcement will encourage him to keep helping during the next month of recovery!

What a treat for you! I am at 17 days post op and my 14 year old daughter barely lets me get up by myself (although I am getting pretty good at it now), she recalls those first few days whenI couldn't do much at all. I love it how the small things our children do when we are down and out...really bring smiles to our faces!

That a boy to your son!! My 15 yo son still won't let me push a cart and yelled at me today for lifting a jug of water. He said I could tell it was too heavy because you put it down so fast. So don't let me catch you lifting it again. I said YES SIR!! as sarcastic as I could. The love of our kids!!
